When I came for my first visit, the arthritis pain in my knees was unbearable. The learning process about posture, alignment, diet has been phenomenal. Knee and Foot Pain

Neck/Shoulder Pain & Hip Pain
Hip pain was disrupting sleep and making it hard to walk any distance. Felt very limiting and depressing.
