When I came for my first visit, the pain in my knees was unbearable. The learning process about posture, alignment, diet has been phenomenal. I have so much more hope that I will do quite well after surgery and that I can resume my normal life including hiking and outdoor adventure. Scotland, here I come.

I can walk, sit, sleep, ride in a car, etc. without pain - none of which I could do before. Knee pain, back pain, shoulder pain, all way way down to zero now. Walking down stairs had been awkward and stiff - now far more balanced and fluid. Very grateful.

Knee Pain & Hip Pain
Four visits
Hip pain was disrupting sleep and making it hard to walk any distance. Felt very limiting and depressing.
Not only has the hip pain resolved, but a right shoulder/arm/neck problem I've had for decades is much improved. Never thought that could change.
I can walk without pain again. Feels like a miracle.
This exceeded all my expectations, can't believe how much better I feel after just four sessions.
