Initial Physical Therapy Evaluation
A comprehensive 75-minute intake, movement assessment and treatment
We’ll explore your history (bring old shoes, they tell your story!), assess posture and mobility, and begin somatic-based treatment with hands-on care as appropriate. Includes video movement analysis and a personalized plan to help you move forward with confidence.

Functional Evaluation for Orthotic Shoe Inserts
We can do stand alone shoe insert evaluation and creation only – and ourinserts work best in tandem with whole body treatment. Dr. Carlone’s orthotics are one of the reasons she’s known as “The Foot Whisperer.” Assessing your body’s ability to align with gravity, this orthotic intake includes a short movement evaluation, casting and fitting.

Telehealth Physical Therapy
Receive expert care from the comfort of your home. Telehealth sessions include a full evaluation of posture and movement, guided exercises, and coaching to restore your natural alignment. Video-based movement analysis and a personalized home program are included.

Telehealth physical therapy is available to clients located in Oregon at the time of service. If you reside outside Oregon, I also offer wellness-based movement coaching and alignment education, which does not constitute physical therapy or medical treatment.
